Delivery Method Poppet Charm currently provided delivery within Malaysia ONLY. We deliver to homes and offices but not P.O. Box address. No international delivery or postage will be made.
Poppet Charm is using Pos Laju Malaysia courier service to delivery customer items. Customers can track the package by visiting POSLAJU Tracking System and entering the tracking number into the space provided.
The shipping and handling fee as below:

NOTES:
- All prices quoted are exclusive of postage charges; the customers need to bear all postage charges.
- Poppet Charm will make sure that all items are brand new and in perfect condition before sending them out to our customers. Thus, Poppet Charm will not be responsible for any damage of the package or loss during the process of delivery.
- Goods will be received 1 – 2 working days in West Malaysia & 3 – 5 working days in Sabah & Sarawak (depending on location).
- If customer does not received items within 5 working days, please direct contact with the Pos Laju Malaysia with the tracking code provided by us.
